First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion: The Sacraments of First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion are celebrated when the children are in the second grade and are enrolled in the Religious Education program. First Reconciliation is celebrated before the child receives First Holy Communion which is held in the Spring shortly after Easter.
Frequent Reconciliation or Confession is encouraged for all members of the baptized. Opportunities to celebrate the Sacrament of Reconciliation at St. Alphsonsus Liguori are Wednesday evenings 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm, Saturday mornings after the 7:30 am Mass, Saturday afternoons 4:30 pm - 5:15 pm and by private appointment.
