Mr. Andrew Morand was installed as an Instituted Acolyte on Jan 31, 2020, by Bishop Timothy L Doherty. As an Instituted Acolyte, he can now perform some of the more important functions during Mass, such as set the altar in the absence of a deacon and assist the deacon and priest in the purification of the sacred vessels of the ciboria and chalices.
We congratulate Andrew and continue to pray for him as he discerns the call to the Ministerial Priesthood.
