Each year, the parish holds a rose procession at a 10:30 a.m. Mass around the anniversary date of the Supreme Court ruling on Roe vs. Wade.
This tradition is a beautiful way for the parish to honor those whose lives have been taken through abortion since 1973. The procession includes members of the parish born between 1973 and 2017. Each year is represented by a parishioner who will carry one rose and a small white cross to the altar as the congregation watches in silent prayer.
This year’s rose procession will take place on Sunday, January 22 at the 10:30 a.m. Mass. Sign up here.
