Format: 18 hole, 4 player scramble
$125 per player all-inclusive rate
 
Includes entry into all charity contest holes, 10 50/50 raffle tickets, GPS equipped cart, practice range & balls, prize drawings, team photo, group golf lesson, two mulligans, goodie bag, player tournament gift and entry into all on-course contest for prizes.

Lunch served before tournament, and appetizers provided after the awards ceremony.
