St. Alphonsus Liguori Feast Day - Wednesday, August 1
Celebrate our parish’s patron saint with a special ecumenical evening prayer service on the vigil of St. Alphonsus' feast day. A prayer service with Father Roberts will take place on Tuesday, July 31 at 6:30 p.m. in the church. During the service, Rev. C. Davies Reed, rector of St. Francis in the Fields Episcopal Church, will be our guest speaker to talk about the life of St. Alphonsus Liguori.
Inquiry Night - Wednesday, August 1 at 6 p.m. in the church’s reception room

Habitat for Humanity - happening throughout the month
Building projects continue as Habitat for Humanity volunteers work on homes for those in need. You can be a volunteer or material provider to help support this great cause while serving with fellow parishioners.

Theology O’ Tap - Each Thursday from August 2 to August 16 at the Claddagh Irish Pub on 96th Street in Indianapolis
All young adults are invited to this special summer speaker series hosted by the Carmel Deanery. Join us for an evening of faith topics, amazing guest speakers and awesome food. First Friday Adoration - Friday, August 3 at 9:30 a.m. to Saturday, August 4 at 7:30 a.m.
Spend time with Jesus in the Day Chapel during a period of Eucharistic Adoration that takes place the first Friday of each month. Bring your friends and family or even sign up in the narthex to commit to adoring for one hour.
Bible Study Group - Monday, August 6 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the St. Brigid room
Take a deeper look at Scripture and share about stories from the Bible with fellow parishioners and friends. This Monday group offers a great way to begin your week with the Word of God. Feel free to drop in and see what chapters they are on next.
Embrace Life Committee - Tuesday, August 7 from 7 to 8 p.m. in St. Robert room
The Embrace Life Committee meets monthly to plan family-friendly activities as a way to promote the dignity of all human life. Join them at their next gathering in the reception room inside the church and learn what new activities are being planned for parish families.
Daughters of the Immaculata - Wednesday, August 8 at 4:30 p.m. in the St. Robert room
This high school girls ministry meets regularly to plan outings and opportunities while keeping an active role serving the parish in many ways. Join these young ladies as they continue to grow in holiness together.
Protocol Training - Wednesday, August 22 from 6 to 7 p.m. in the St. Robert room
Working with a youth or religious education ministry this fall? Remember, all volunteers who work with minors need to attend a Protocol Training session. Email the ministry director you’ll be working with or call the parish office at 873.2885 to reserve a spot at this session.
Healing Service - Tuesday, August 28 at 7 p.m. in the Day Chapel
Are you in need of healing? Join the parish community for a healing service led by Father Roberts.
RE & Youth Ministry Registration - happening this month.
Remember to register your children for ministries kicking off this fall. Religious Education classes are filling up fast while youth ministry groups have exciting new opportunities to share with middle and high school youth.
